i saw this game on a youtube channel and wanted to try it because it looked like needy streamer overload. I think there should be different endings where liz aka alonegurl sends us to find how em and lawson are doing and even force them to do the ritual so she is no longer alone. or endings where they all try to free liz from the ritual or some more diving into the game to find who are scott and orion? because liz didn't say she missed them and orion texted on the game. If he could login why did he leave liz alone in the forever?
i got stuck at one of the levels but ended up completing it and wow loved the story and it was so real and relatable it felt like my middle school friends lol great game
I seriously love this so much. I played Star Stable Online as a kid to escape things going on in my life, so I really resonated with the themes of this game. It's so hard to find horror puzzle games I like, they're either too scary or too hard, this was creepy and scary, but still manageable for me, and the puzzles were hard, but not so hard that I gave up, they always felt like I could do them even though they were hard.
In conclusion, play this game. It took me like 30 minutes and they were so great I played it a second time just to experience the soundtrack I missed the first time by playing it without sound and dear god it was so worth it.
MILD SPOILERS STOP JUST PLAY THE GAME ITS LIKE 20 MINUTES LONG IF YOU'RE SMART.
I think it would be really cool to have the game's story expanded with more information about WHY she performed the ritual, maybe someone convinced her, it could even be used to talk about minors getting manipulated by adults on the internet, especially in the 2000's before internet safety was talked about!
This is exactly the type of interesting, well thought out game I love to see from indie developers :) very reminiscent of IMSCARED, Sara is Missing, and Emily is Away. Hope to see a sequel, although looking back I think it ended great just as it did too.

I've play many horror games on the website but this one is one of my favorites. The puzzles are really clever and the dialogue and story is both interesting and authentic. Stellar job on this!
omg, I really wish there was a sequel to this, I absolutely love the story and I replayed it twice already, the puzzles were a lot of fun as well. I'm not too big brained so I got stuck on them for a bit hehe. But overall, it's soooo good and designed beautifully. The way the chats were too hit me with so much nostalgia. 11/10 so good :') hope you make more <3 excited.
Prolly j a coincidence but I've been taking the landess exit on 680 my whole life and there is a small white cross there with flowers all the time so when I was reading that I actually almost shit myself
You clock on the banners behind the statues. There are two with gems and when you clock the banners the gems light up and that shows you the order. The ones with books mark which ones first and which ones last.
I really really loved the concept of this game i came into it thing it was just a horror puzzle game but it had such a deeper meaning behind it, we need more games like this i absolutely loved this game so much. i wish there was more like more about her life and what her family did after she went missing or what her friends fully knew but i love this over all! even thought it was short i think i found my new fav game!

The moment I started I got a mixture of Emily is Away mixed with Simulacra. A wonderful blend of horror, mystery, and drama.
Your pacing was incredible, the scares were so well done. That moment when the camera turns on was a flawless execution.
The puzzles were challenging, and that's not a bad thing. I thought they were very unique and felt very at home with the story. Nothing really took me out of the game. Bravo.
And the story. Oh my Lort the story. So well done, so well paced, so fantastically tense. You sped it up when it needed it, you slowed it down when you were showing emotion. A very, very well done game.
Take this from a published author, you have great skill with storytelling. I truly hope you continue to develop games like this. I would really urge you to make it so that people can download it onto their computers to broaden the appeal. If you really wanted to push it further, I think developing the downloadable version to be able to manipulate files on the computer itself would be the next level for this game, but honestly not necessary for how well done its current iteration is.
I think you as a game developer hold great potential and hope you continue to pursue this avenue.
